    The Ottawa Police Service is the primary policing agency for the City of Ottawa, Ontario. Our primary focus is building a professional yet welcoming environment for our Constables.   • Ottawa Police Operations

    Patrol - Patrol Constables are dedicated to serving the community directly. These constables respond to calls for service and directly assist all citizens of Ottawa daily.

    Criminal Investigative Services - CIS Constables are dedicated to serving the community by investigating and removing background crime and problems that may not affect all citizens daily. Investigators investigate, apprehend to ensure the prosecution of those that hard the citizens of Ottawa.

    Emergency Operations - EO Constables are dedicated to serving the community in extreme emergencies. These constables assist those that require specialized assistance from Tactual, Air or Water units.
